Impellers are cast into a special mold using precision casting methods and can be either open or closed type.
In the first case, the wheels are obtained with a flow part of high accuracy and surface cleanliness. The open-type impeller is used for pumping contaminated and thick liquids.
In a closed impeller, a cover disk is adjusted and welded to the main disk with cast or milled blades. The design of the closed type is characterized by a high value of efficiency, which makes pumps with wheels of this type very popular.
